EXHIBITORS TRAVELLING TO CRUFTS BY CAR

           • NEW IMPROVEMENTS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY •

Please note the NEC have now introduced a new hybrid ANPR-enabled barrier system to all car parks which will streamline
the parking process. While it means there will be few changes to how you park, it should be noted that for the best possible
experience and to take advantage of the cheapest prices, please book in advance:
         • Advance booking: exhibitors can book parking online in advance up until midnight the day before arrival, at a reduced
rate reflecting a £5.00 saving via the NEC’s online portal: https://parking.thenec.co.uk/NECBirminghamBooking/ for the
quickest and easiest experience. You can do this any time up until midnight the day before you attend Crufts. The charge if
paid in advance via the NEC the charge is £13.95 (see above for further information). The charge if paid on the day is £18.95.
         • On the day payment options: exhibitors who have not booked in advance should make a payment at the pay-on-foot
machines in the venue or using the on-the-day online portal, you can only do so once you’ve parked up in the car park or
          once you’re in the venue.
         • Please note there are no paper tickets (unless your registration cannot be read) – your vehicle registration plate is your ticket.
         • Important Note: vehicles attempting to exit the car parks without prior payment will incur a non-refundable, flat rate exit fee
of £18.95, payable by card at the exit.
         • Please note no overnight camping is permitted at the venue.
DISABLED BADGE HOLDERS: The NEC charges for all parking including disabled badge holders.
When you arrive on site at the NEC please follow the signs directing you to the disabled badge holder car parks.
There is a very limited number of spaces adjacent to hall 5 for disabled badge holders (less than previous years due
to a hotel redevelopment in this area of site) and the space will be allocated on a first come first served basis and will fill
very early. Once this area is full disabled badge holders are then directed to the South car parks or the most appropriate
area – please follow NEC signage. A shuttle bus is provided for disabled visitors from these car parks to the NEC main
Piazza entrance where there are dog entrance doors into halls 1 and 5.
At the end of the day a return service will take you back to these car parks. The NEC shuttles have good accessibility
but may not be able to accommodate certain cages and trolleys due to their size. Please also take note of regulations
       regarding scooters via www.crufts.org.uk/showinformation
ALL OTHER EXHIBITORS: All other dog exhibitors including those who are unaccompanied will be directed to park in
either South or East car parks (NOTING THERE IS NO WEST CAR PARK). Shuttle buses run from South and East car
parks all day which take dogs, however, additional coaches bought into supplement the NEC fleet may not be able to
       transport dogs.
EXHIBITOR DROP-OFF: Crufts is pleased to be able to offer its usual dog exhibitor drop-off facility which will follow the
same arrangement as at Crufts 2025. It will be conducted in the roadway outside Hall 1 and Hall 5 and be strictly limited to a
maximum of 200 vehicles between the hours of 0600 and 0800 on production of e-mail confirmation. The cost will be £6.00
and does not include the parking fee which must be purchased from the NEC (details above). There is no pick-up facility.
